About the Role

We're a small precision machining shop in Hudson, Wisconsin looking for a skilled CNC machinist who takes pride in tight tolerances and clean work. Real variety, real responsibility, working alongside the owner on the floor.

No corporate runaround. No rotating shifts. No high-volume production drudge. If you're a machinist who actually likes the trade, this is a shop that respects it.

What You'll Do

Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
Select appropriate tools and materials, make program edits as needed
Adjust speeds and feeds to optimize quality and efficiency
Hold required tolerances using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and dial indicators
Inspect finished parts and document results
Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area
Work alongside a small team — owner included — to hit production goals and deadlines

What We're Looking For

Real CNC programming, set-up, and operation experience — we value strong fundamentals over a long resume
Comfortable reading prints and using precision measuring tools
Pride in your work — clean setups, accurate measurements, parts you'd be willing to put your name on
Self-starter who can run independently when needed and collaborates when it matters
Willing to learn how we do things and bring your own ideas where they help

Compensation & Benefits
